News: COVID-19 Warning and New Physical Security Measures

1. DEACON RAMON ALFARO TESTED POSITIVE FOR COVID19 on Monday, 2 November. He will be self-quarantining for the next two weeks. If you have been in contact with him, please get yourself tested and quarantine per CDC guidelines. 
 

All religious education activities are canceled for the next two weeks.

Please keep Deacon Ramon and all who are ill in your prayers.

 

2. PARISH SECURITY is a priority for your parish staff. To keep everyone safe who comes onto our campus, and because of the situation at Mass last Sunday, the COVID19 Hospitality Ministers: Bill Stoops, Lance Mann, Hunter Porter and JT Hulan, with Anita Capillo, Sister Clara, JR, and Fr. Richard in consultation with Mike Jagielski, met to discuss a new security plan that takes into consideration the demands imposed upon gatherings because of the pandemic as they affect our coming together for mass in our church building.
 

The team, chaired by Bill Stoops, will meet to develop a comprehensive plan in consultation with professionals. We will let you know when the plan is developed.
 

A temporary security plan is in place for the up-coming weeks to make certain that, should there be an incident, personnel are in place to deescalate and ensure safety.
