Saint Paul has been my home since 2019. I chose St. Paul because of the work within the LGBTQ+ Community they were doing. I've been out and proud for over ten years now. "By the grace of God, I am what I am." (1 Corinthians 15:10.) My relationship with my gender was formed by my faith. Some of you may know Angel Michael Cobb was not the name I was born with. I changed my name because the Archangel Michael is the name I chose for Confirmation when I made the choice to devote my life to the Lord as a Catholic. Archangel Michael is the ultimate protector, a calling I relate to. God put me on this Earth to live my life as a transgender individual proudly and to protect my LGBTQ+ siblings by sharing God's unconditional love and acceptance. I call upon each of you to pray for our community, especially those who were cast out or who fear embracing themselves as God made them. Open your heart to embrace God's love and share it with others.
